Do you offer ringless voicemail or a voicemail drop, where the AI calls twice?

No. Votel does not offer ringless voicemail, the double-call voicemail drop. That method places two calls back to back or at the same time, so the first ties up the person's line and pushes the second to voicemail, and it has not proven reliable enough.

What Votel offers is voicemail drop on the power dialer. When a call you place with the power dialer reaches a voicemail machine, one click on the Drop Voicemail button leaves your prerecorded voicemail in the background and the dialer moves to the next call.

For AI calling, the AI can still place outbound calls and leave voicemails. Each AI agent has its own greeting that it says on an outbound call and when it reaches a voicemail machine, and you can customize it. You can also build an outreach sequence with steps such as an email, a wait, then an outbound call or an SMS.
